Thesis

Coordination is the work nobody sees.

In most households one person carries the plan: who collects the children, what is for dinner, when the passport expires. The same thing happens in teams, clubs and care circles. The information sits in different apps and different heads, and somebody has to hold it together.

An assistant that only knows one person cannot take that load. It has to know the group: who is in it, what each person may see, what was agreed, and what is still open.

That is the problem ProjectQ works on.

Approach

What we work on

Four capabilities sit under everything we ship. Each one is running in a product today. Pick one to see it.

An assistant for a group has to know who is involved, what was already decided, and what each person needs to see. We build memory that belongs to the group and stays accurate as things change.

In Home RunRemembers preferences, responsibilities, school details and care context across the family.

Family records, schedules and conversations are sensitive. Each person sees only the spaces they are invited to, and answers point back to the record they came from.

In Home RunHelpers and relatives see only the rooms they are added to.

Useful work happens inside the calendars, inboxes and documents people already rely on. We connect to them properly, so a request changes the real thing.

In Home RunSyncs with Google, Outlook and iCloud calendars.

A plan is finished when the work is done. Our systems assign the task, remind the right person at the right time, and tell everyone when it is complete.

In Home RunOne request updates tasks, lists and the calendar, then tells the family what changed.

How we build

Usefulness is the product

AI is part of our toolkit. We ship something when it saves a real person real effort, and we measure it that way afterwards.

Reliability is visible

People notice when a task finishes, when their data is where they left it, and when the product behaves the way it did yesterday. We engineer for that from the start.

Time is the measure

The gain we look for is fewer decisions, fewer reminders and fewer repeated steps in someone's day.

Private from day one

Products that know a household or a team hold sensitive information. Access is explicit, and personal information is never sold.

Who we are

ProjectQ is a product company based in Singapore. We design, build and run our own products, and we judge them by whether the work gets done and whether people's information stays theirs.

The company was founded by an IIT and IIM alumnus with more than 25 years of leadership experience at leading companies and as a serial entrepreneur. That background shapes how we work: strong products need judgment, operating discipline and the patience to keep improving after launch.
